Dear Michael,
Agree with everyone saying that you are criminally underrated. You better
go to international places to get a more opportunity for what you really
believe in, not confined within Hollywood. A French movie like Les Aventuriers is good, a Japanese move like The Departures is good. Go get tht award you desrve it and Hollywood will rediscover
you. Last but not least, you are GREAT in The Perfect Sleep.

Dear Michael,
If I sit in living room and watch your movies while drinking Niebaum Coppola
Rubicon, one of the movies'll be Eddie & The Cruisers for sure. If it were Book of Me, I'll literally be on the seventh cloud! Please keep this title for your
future film for some international film festivals.

Hello Michael and Fellow Fans!!
See! Now I'm addicted to this site...I just wanted to clarify that I meant
no disrespect to your Eddie Wilson character in my previous message. I am and always will be a fan of the Cruisers and I couldn't imagine anyone else portraying Eddie, I agree with smidge53705 that it was destiny. Truth be told, I buy any
movie that I see your name on!! I only wish I had Iphone so I can preview
Sparks a little more!!
Hope all is well...and I know it's a little early but Happy 4th of July!!

Dear Michael,
A long time ago (1980's), I read a book by PF Kluge called "Eddie & The Cruisers".....this was my type of story because I am a rock 'n' roll child.
When I read about the movie, I had to go see it. When it came out, I think
I saw it more than 5 times at one sitting (those were the days when theater
managers didn't monitor who came and went...). I fell in love with Eddie Wilson and I believe casting you in that role was destiny.
As years went by, I saw you grow in other film roles and even found a copy
of Starhunter (which I love) on eBay. You're one of those lucky people who age well
and who just get better with age. And I agree with others, you are one
of the most underrated actors of our time.
I wish you all the best in forthcoming endeavors. And I am so glad that
another generation is discovering Eddie Wilson and Tom Cody.
At 60 years old, I still dig rock 'n' roll and will never hang up my rock
'n' roll shoes.
For me, you will always be Eddie Wilson, and that ain't bad.
All the best, Michael. You deserve it.

Hello Michael!
I don't know if you actually get to read these- I know you're a busy man
but I figured it was worth a shot. This is my first time emailing anyone
as a fan so please excuse me if I run on a bit. I was inspired to send
this to you after coming across Eddie and the Cruisers on cable the other night, and I realized what great work you've done since
then but yet you never seem to get the credit you deserve.
First of all, I want to say I have always enjoyed your work, I think you've
evolved quite a bit since your portrayal of Eddie Wilson and I feel it's doing you a disservice by just referring to that particular
movie when you've accomplished so much more since then. I'm not going to
list all of my favorite parts and all of my favorite characters that you've
portrayed as I'm sure you've heard it all before. But like so many of your
other fans I feel you are one of the most underrated contemporary american
actors around, and definately one of the most hard working! Not to mention,
that the older you get the better looking you get..(as a red blooded american
woman I had to add that!!) anyway, It's nice to see that you have more
projects in the works and can't wait to see them. Personally I think the
voice over gig is a great way to go, as you have quite a distinctive speaking
voice. That particular forum is currently proving to be quite a lucrative
deal for Adam West!! that being said, here's the reason I'm emailing you today.
I read somewhere once that you would like to work with Quentin Tarantino, I sincerely hope you do! He is one of my favorite actor/directors along
with Robert Rodriguez, who often collaborates with Quentin on many projects (ie, Dusk til Dawn and many others). It seems like they both "specialize" in bringing
talented actors who have seemingly fallen off the radar back into the limelight
or enhance the "coolness factor" of current popular stars such
as Bruce Willis, Uma Thurman, and Kurt Rusell to name a few. Quentin brought John Travolta out of hibernation with Pulp Fiction..and although he was already a star, also helped launch George Clooney's movie career with the forementioned Dusk til Dawn. Before that, Clooney was just another tv hunk with a moderate movie career.. Now he's an academy
award winner! I truly believe that your posess the charisma and star quality
which appeals to the wide demographic from ages 8-85. After all I was 8
when I first saw Streets of Fire and I loved it then, now I'm 33 and I still love it.
Anyway, I'd like to close this by saying I hope to see you in one of their
movies someday..You deserve that type of success and I hope you achieve
it.
Sincerely, Robynlee94 - Long Time Fan from Upstate New York

Dear Michael,
I must tell you that you are so well rounded in physical, spirit and intellectual
abilities I have no doubt you should have been the sexiest man in the world.
Fortunately the streets of fire still shows up quite often but none of your other movies
You rock your style rocks and obviously you are smart enough to accept
the reality that has been thrust upon you.
I wish I could download your movies personally I would watch anything that
had you in it you have an aura that is made for history you are so unassuming
I only hope you are making enough off of the movies to live comfortable
and happy forever
The best to you and your loved ones

Dear Michael,
Direct Contact is coming soon on DVD. I'd love to see you in this action but your family
movie Cool Dog attracts me more. Your sweet smile will be shining more in that kinda
movie than in an action or a horror. Hope you'll get a heart-warming role

Hi Michael,
The screening of Perfect Sleep in Los Angeles, CA had a full house and they were very receptive. I was
not sure what to expect, but I loved it! There were many questions left
hanging, a sequel maybe? Your character was intriging and left me wondering
if he was somehow related to the "family". I am looking forward
to the dvd to pick up on the inudendos I missed the first time around.
The storyline was intricate and pulled me right in! The Bradbury Building
location is incredible. Jeremy Alter and Andrew Pardoe truly created a
labor of love.
